25 was eye opening

I've never heard anyone else define and explain love in the way that I see it. That is exactly how I've been living but now learning to be better with boundaries and more direct communication. It is refreshing to hear Gary's definition....

@7:19 ...Chain Of Command... One must truly understand the process and why it is implemented....

21 without a doubt, Drinking and partying and not knowing it was not my joy in life. I remember that birthday I accepted that work and chasing goals is my motive.

#QOTD 2008 My daughter was born and I had a moment I realized "How can I tell her she can go after her passions, if I hadn't done it myself." -

I was 16. Seeing my mom cry. Made me focus. But like the movie Departed. I did everything I could just ended with the short end of the stick. But still going. Not quitting. But

Great stuff!!

#QOTD : I'm currently 22 so there's not many birthdays so far but I feel the Birthday that impacted me the most was probably 18 when I realized my happiness is more important to me than anything else.

When i turned 15...i knew majority didn't have the mindset i had and could really get ahead and have a bit more time, so that's what im doing now at 16 close to 17. Still got so much to learn and execute

Most impactful birthday to date: 23 (currently 28). I had just finished my 1st degree and postponed graduation to do a study abroad and finish the 2nd (largely an excuse to travel internationally for four months), celebrating my birthday alone while abroad. After having an amazing season of life in school with a myriad of incredibly close friends, I found myself in a very introspective & reflective place - looking back on the season of life I had just gone through, and looking forward to the season to come. Being in a foreign country and away from familiar surroundings has a way of heightening your sense of awareness. It was also the first time I was alone on my birthday, which gave me space to take a deeper look at who I wanted to be in the future.

My 31st - experienced a depression for the first time and then a divorce after 17 years - which consequentially lead to gaining empathy and finding and learning to love myself, respectively.
-
No birthday sticks out in my mind :( 27 was a year more hustle started.

You talk and talk but you never really say anything. Feels like a character - kinda like NYC Ari Gold. Lots of buzzwords and just nothing - not even fluff - just nothing at all.
#QOTD: Tell me a story about your most impactful birthday, a year that made you think or act. #TIMESTAMPS 2:28 - Have you ever had a point in your life where you've had multiple options for what you wanted to do, and how did you end up choosing to take your life in the direction you took it in? 6:42 - I'm a founding member of a startup. How can I convince you to meet my team? 9:09 - I've seen you go all in, but I've also seen you take a step back and see things from a wider perspective. How do you decide when it's better to step back? 13:51 - What does the word love mean to you and how does it affect your relationships? 16:46 - How do you map your career growth? I heard you say recently that you freaked out on your 30th birthday and started WineLibraryTV. How do you see milestones like an age, in relation to your career? #LINKS MY NEWEST MEDIUM https://medium.com/@garyvee/before-you-question-my-work-life-balance-read-this-4932ad41542b WINEDEALS INSTAGRAM https://instagram.com/winedeals/ -- Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses.
