I thought the perk for fire just limited the total number of fires on your ship from 4 to 3?

As someone who plays CV a lot, I recommend everyone run this build. Please don't pick up manual AA because it is waste of 4 points in 9 out of 10 games :)

I went with a full secondary build on the GK + IFHE. I watched Aeroon's video that features a side-by-side comparison between IFHE Secondaries and non-IFHE Secondaries. The IFHE wins out by far.
Also, the Fire Prevention skill hasn't seemed to benefit very much on the GK. I also tried Concealment on the GK and it seems feasible because that extra stealth has reduced the chance of initial damage when the match starts. It's allowed me to move into better positions. But... I'm torn between IFHE and Concealment. Right now I'm running IFHE secondaries.
Also, while Superintendent seems good. I decided to go with Damage Control buff. It reduces the duration of the fires overall by 15%. That combined with flags and the two Damage Control upgrades significantly reduces the duration of fires and this seems to benefit GK much more than Fire Prevention.

Not the best game example for this build as I'm rather pressed for time with the reduced re-spec cost running out soon, but had so many requests for a GK build that I decided to post it anyway. Fire Prevention uses the main disadvantage of the GK, the massive size, against the enemy, by making them tunnelvision on the easily hittable superstructure, not realizing they can't start any more than 1 fire on it.
