25 people still need extra fiber in their diet to feel more positive when sitting on their thrones.
Dr. Greger, your work is insiping thousands, maybe millions of people to go plant based and even research about veganism. Thank you. -
Seems like a smart and devoted passionate guy, but I have yet to see (missed it?) him address the effects of processed foods w toxic pesticides and gmo's vs local ethically and sustainably grown produce (and animal products). I get my produce and some animal products locally and have studied newer published information regarding the intricacies and details regarding cholesterol. Big Ag, Big Meat, Big Dairy, etc... are ruining the food that is purchased in supermarket. I agree plant based eating with less animal protein is good but there is information about healthy fats and raw A2 milk etc that have proven benefits. I make my own raw milk kefir from cows with predominantly A2 cows and that has wonderful benefits including probiotic to help digestion and absorption of nutrients. Does he think commercial milk, for example, is the same as fresh raw milk from A2 cows? It is two different things and that is just an example. My honey is from a local beekeeper, and I could go on and on.... but I do agree more plants should be in the regular diet than one would think by looking at the standard American diet (SAD).

anyone know how a diet containing meat sat with our ancestors? perhaps it's factory farming that's the problem? or did we just eat a lot less meat back then?

Dr. Greger the way you conduct yourself is incredibly inspirational. The amount of work that goes into your videos, website, and now your book does not go unnoticed! All of this is going to charity too?!!! You've radically changed my life for the better and I know I'm not the only one! I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered you and I'll do my part to spread the word. Thank you so much!!! <3

They told me I'm pre-diabetic and I don't want to become diabetic and I need to lose another 70lbs I've lost 74lbs since having my daughter. A doctor I saw while pregnant told me to lose weight and told me to do more plant base.
