China did a good job in destroying the feudal structures and slavery in Tibet and
it still does a good job in modernization of Tibet.
And to all Americans: Tibet and its future is not your business.

It incredibly looks like any city in Bolivia. The people, the fashion and the details of the town, all of this reminds me the country in South America.

Good to see a clip showing everyday life. I've always said to anyone who forms opinions about places they've yet to visit: everyday life is not the same as what we see/hear/read about in the news, because the news won't show up unless something significant or unusual happens (mostly negative events).

tibetan child and han chinese child have a big difference. tibetan child similar to south asia child, they like to around the tourist ask for money without shame. but in china inland city, u cant find han chinese child do the same thing.why? because 2000 years before, Confucianism make han chinese know what is Humble and dignity of life.

The street life in Lhasa, the administrative capital of Tibet, China, mostly takes place around the Jokhang Temple, which is the religious center of Tibet. The proportion of Han Chinese in Lhasa is around 20%, which is mainly concentrated on the Inner City District Chengguan . Here, the proportion of Han Chinese is about 35%. Members of the army are not taken into account. In Tibet, the everyday life and religion can barely be separated from each other, so that it does not astonish it that dealers, pilgrims and playing children casually mingle with the rest of the population. .... please read more: https://blog.myvideomedia.com Das Straßenleben in Lhasa, Tibet in China spielt sich zum größten Teil rund um den Jokhang Tempel, der das religiöse Zentrum Tibets darstellt, ab. China brought enlightenment into Tibet in the 19th century leaving it an autonomy in large part and in the modern time like the past few decades modernizing it in an unprecedented speed. The west should think about it before throwing the shit around.
