Rip this documentary, they dumbed it down so much. The scientists had to dumb shit down to make people that know nothing about quantum mechanics understand it and the narrator isn't helping.

It's completely obvious we're in a simulated universe. Simulation theory can explain all of this. It's the ONLY theory that can explain all of this, and it's completely logical. It's no coincidence that math is the universal language. You don't need silly things like the many worlds theory. You easily get a taste of some of these things every time you play a video game. Anything not on the screen (not being observed) is not rendered. It's a waste of processing. Calculations exist but they aren't rendered. Just like in quantum theory 'particles' are only probabilities until they are observed, meaning the potentials are there but don't need to be rendered or collapsed if they aren't being observed, or viewed in the case of a video game within the frame of your display. 2 'particles' in a simulation can be easily linked no matter where they are or how far apart, instantly responding to the other. Big bangs can happen with a set of a few simple equations, then evolution plays out. Bacteria can be programmed like computer code. Everything is a set of instructions, from your dna to the laws of nature (physics). The one ingredient science doesn't consider all too often though is that consciousness is the computer and is fundamental. If it weren't for consciousness there would be nothing. A simulation created by consciousness leaves nothing unexplained, even so called paranormal things and free will in the midst of so many instruction sets.

Scientists and, over all, documentaries like this use to talk of the microscopic universe in terms of tiny particles. My vision of the microscopic universe is very different. I see the universe as formed by universe-sized objects, able to displace, rotate, and even change shape (who knows in how many dimensions) and to locally combine in "particles" so that, for me, there is not any "spooky action at a distance." Quantum entanglement becomes no surprise, then. Nor is it any of the other weird quantic effects. The fast movement of a particle might be the result of much slower relative displacements of universe-sized quantic components of similar periodicity, whose mutual interference would then change the locations where the particle could be observed.

Whatever exists at the smallest scales of the subatomic world, and however these things behave, scientists say they must make sense of it all before they can possibly comprehend the cosmos above, human behavior, and what might have existed before the Big Bang. It's a mind-boggling amount of information tucked inside an unimaginably small space of our microscopic universe.
