to get a residental, comercial or industrial buildings where you cant zone, simply use RCI plop mod

I've no snap points cant zone. I installed all the mods for it today. I'm in the mood for ANNO anyway.

way to much work then its worth.

extreamly over complicated install and run process for a mod that only does %10 its like telling a kid he can only use %10 of the sand box. but your free to step in the other areas. its just soo limited mayaswell just go without and not worry about bugging the game and crashes/long loads. maybe one day there will be a properly made mod/api that's simple to use and actually works
