This is the dynamic duo. Two very inspirational thought leaders with different styles, but ultimately the same goal - to inspire career fulfillment. And what I loved the most about this video is how there was friction at times between your two ideologies. Simon didn't hesitate to tell Gary he disagreed on something Gary said. I think the differences in views is what drove the quality conversation because it forced deeper insights into defending their viewpoints. Great video all around. (clap emoji)

Did anyone notice Simon Sineks body language? Gary keeps on moving to touch him, and Simon reacts and pulls away, and leans in the opposite direction. @12:00

Great one. Thanks for both of you
-
...but his why changed...so how can he believe it's frozen? Maybe I misunderstood

The tip on listening is great, KKR founders do this, I think Ray Dalio do this too, both have more successful companies than maybe Gary Vee + Simon Sinek + everyone in this comment section put together.

I totally don't feel supported in my org on the whole. I have a few coworkers that I can talk to and feel supported by, but my "why" and the org's "why" don't align like I thought they would.

Simon has that relaxed energy and not only has something good to say but says it well in a way that you want to keep hearing more, he is a natural and was born for this

Gary...please let Simon finish the thoughts you asked him for!! Its imposing and overbearing.

these collaborations throw down more knowledge and value than an entire entrepreneurship course!

Simon is more about emotions, and Gary is about interrupting :D
