I still eat seafood but I am a witness of the healthy effects of a plant-based diet. For 23 years I have suffered from asthma, I still get it from time to time, probably because of genetics but it's not as severe as it was when I was eating dairy.
I used to take medication (albutorol, symbicort) EVERY SINGLE DAY but now I use my asthma pump once a month. I'm happy and don't feel sluggish as I used to. I just need to go complete vegan but I love seafood..... -

10:21 That study showed there was a lower incidence of all cancers in vegetarians compared to non-vegetarians, EXCEPT bowel cancer, which was higher in vegetarians. Now, I had a few qualms about this study because they didn't have a vegan category, although they had this to say (as quoted from the paper):
"...4 diet groups were established: meat eaters (those that eat meat), fish eaters (those that do not eat meat but do eat fish), vegetarians (those that do not eat meat or fish but do eat dairy products or eggs or both), and vegans (those that eat no animal products); because of the small number of cancers among vegans, in this article the vegans are included in the vegetarian category " ???
HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL??? CANCER WAS SO LOW IN THE VEGANS WE DECIDED TO BUNCH THEM IN WITH DAIRY MILK SWILLING, CHICKEN PERIOD MUNCHERS??? -

God's perfect diet for man is vegan. But people love death more than life. Give a smoker a package with pictures of cancerous longs and they'll still consume it. Because dying is slowly like the comparison of the boiling frog.

And this study doesn't even mention that a vegan diet is more ecological friendly, a pound of meat takes more resources(water and crops to feed them) than just harvesting vegs, poultry is less harmful but still, impact to environment is higher than a vegan diet

One lady told me that in Japan the situation is probably different because they eat fish and other things. I checked and... both Japan and China have malignant neoplasm as their number 1 killer (kinds of tumors :-() in Korea it is stroke and then suicide (!)...
